Welcome Dawn to MMPL, as our new Makerspace coordinator! Dawn brings so much enthusiasm, know-how, creativity & tech skills to the library. The MMPL Makerspace, located at Pakenham branch, is such a fun-filled spot! Schedule time with Dawn to learn on the Makerspace machines and/or drop by on Wednesday mornings at 10:30am for Craft Squad (kids age 6-9 in the summer) with Dawn!

Big thanks to the Elizabeth Kelly Foundation and Lanark County for their generous support in bringing STEM programs to our Lanark libraries! The LEGO Sumobots program wouldn’t be possible without them. The two weeks of camp at MMPL were a whirlwind of creativity and competition!
