MMPL camps offer three age-specific groups: Group A (ages 4–5), Group B (ages 6–8), and Group C (ages 9-12). Camps run at Almonte branch from Tuesday to Friday and at Pakenham branch on Monday.

Please send your child “dressed for a mess”, with a water bottle, ready for outdoor fun, if the weather allows. No snacks during camp – please leave all peanut products at home – to help keep the space safe for everyone.
Drop-in Orientation Day – TOMORROW / Thurs, July 17 from 1–5 PM – Everyone Welcome!
Join us at Pakenham Branch on Thursday, July 17 from 1–5 PM for an exciting drop-in Orientation Day! This event is your chance to learn all about our upcoming Board Game Makerspace Workshop – a fun and creative 3-day summer program designed for participants aged 10 to 16. In the workshop, participants will play a board game, redesign it, and build brand-new components using real makerspace tools.
At Orientation Day, you can explore our makerspace, try some board games, ask questions, and REGISTER for the workshop in person. Explore 3D Printing at the Library!
Learn how to 3D print your own creations. Discover how to: download model blueprints, use beginner-friendly design tools like TinkerCAD, and convert designs using Prusa Slicer for printing. After training, patrons aged 16+ sign a waiver and can book time to print independently with the library’s Prusa i3 MK3 that uses PETG filament. (Under 16? You’ll need an adult with you!)
