Join us for an evening of conversation, learning, and reflection as we explore peaceful conflict resolution and mediation—a discussion on the role and relevance of those who actively uphold the values of peace in professional settings, day-to-day life, and society.
This event is in partnership with Culture Connect and Local Immigration Partnership Lanark & Renfrew, and is open to all – at Almonte branch library, Friday, 13 June at 5:30pm. Resources and information sheets will be provided by session facilitator, Theresa Dunn, and light snacks will be available for all attendees.

“Almonte Falls” by Blair Paul was donated to the Almonte branch on 21 May 2025. It is dedicated to the memory of his friend, Sean Egan, who lived in Almonte and lost his life on Mount Everest in 2005. Visit the library to admire this beautiful art work!
