GET A LIBRARY CARD

Get a library card

Local Residents

Residents of Mississippi Mills may join the library at no charge. You may go to either branch to get your card. Adults – 14 and over – must show one piece of photo ID and proof of residency. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when joining the library. When you receive your library card you will also receive a PIN so you can access your account from your home computer.

Residents in Lanark County

Library patrons in Lanark County (Beckwith, Carleton Place, Lanark Highlands and Perth) may join the library at no charge. Residents must present a valid library card from their home library in order to receive a membership at the Mississippi Mills Public Library.

Out of Region Members

A small annual user fee applies to out of region members: Adult membership: $30.00 Children’s membership: $10.00 Family membership: $45.00 More info: almontelib@missmillslibrary.com
