INTRODUCTION TO CRYPTO-CURRENCY
THRUSDAY, June 17 – 5:30pm via ZOOM
As some library patrons might know, last week’s introduction to cryptocurrency presented by Austin Campbell was cut short by YouTube and could not be completed (see note at end).
As a result, this week, the library will continue (restart) the crypto-currency learning workshop series via Zoom. If you are interested in learning about this topic, Austin is a great presenter, and you can ask your questions in the chat section. Note: YouTube’s robot/AI picked up some trigger words from our YouTube live presentation last week and automatically stopped the presentation – and terminated the library channel! Librarians appealed to YouTube because as a library our intentions are educational, and YouTube restored the MMPL channel in less than 24 hours. Moving forward, MMPL live, educational, presentations about crypto-currency will continue via ZOOM. These will be recorded, then made available at a later date – so if you miss a live ZOOM presentation, you’ll be able to view it later.
