Robotic workshops in January at the Almonte Branch. Only eight participants per workshop following Covid-19 protocols

Saturdays 10am to 4pm with lunch and snack breaks and Wednesday afternoon 4:30pm to 7:30pm with a snack break.
Workshops are divided by age group (Saturday ages 8-10 or 11-15 and Wednesday ages 8-12)

You need a library card to register, if you live in Mississippi Mills and do not have a library card, please visit the Almonte or Pakenham branch or call 613-25-1037 to apply for a FREE membership. Each workshop consists of a challenge designed to teach students the concepts that make up basic robotics and mechanical engineering. Challenges are geared toward a student who has never programmed or built a robot before.
Classes are filling up VERY QUICKLY – even the waiting list is filling up! Don’t delay (but classes will be offered again).
